Checkout Trust wallet, It's open-sourced and native.

In android, you can use the web3 java implementation.
https://github.com/web3j/web3j
solidity
compile ('org.web3j:core:3.3.1-android')

Add library in the build.gradle file.

If you develop a web dApp, then you need to dApp browsers like Cipher or Status. No all of them can support test net thought. If we develop a native dApp, then you can use a third-party lib like web3j for Android web3.swift for iOS to communicate with Ethereum, then you need to have your own wallet to support it.

You might want to consider Trust Wallet, it is open source web3 dApp Browser with support for the test networks. Available on both iOS and Android.

Here is how you can identify Trust provider:

web3.currentProvider.isTrust

Docs: https://github.com/TrustWallet/trust-web3-provider#how-to-identify-trust-provider
