How DelegateCall differs from Quora?

Seems like Delegatecall like quora with similar functionalities other than having token rewards to upvotes. Is there any other functionalities other than this in DelegateCall?

According to here

It's functionality is similar.
But, It is based on blockchain technology which means
- Decentralized
- Operates on Ethereum & Loom Network

in Delegatecall users earn karma (points), but you can exchange the collected Karma into Ether.
Users earn karma points when their questions and answers get upvoted. But unlike traditional Web 2.0 sites, on DelegateCall these karma points can be redeemed for a tradable ERC-20 “DelegateCall token” on Ethereum mainnet,
This will allow users to earn rewards proportional to their contributions to the site.

Agree. Loom is a dentralized blockchain project on Ethereum, unlike Quora, which is not decentralized.
