I would recommend you to start from scratch with web3.js
Furthermore, if you get bored and want to use framework
try checkout this one. http://truffleframework.com/tutorials/

There is a nice library for Python (web3.py) in case you are more confortable with such environment. Indeed Truffle (plus Ganache) frameworks alike are not available but I would say DApps development can be also achieved.

First, as a beginner, it's always good to learn some basic concepts before technical details. Go to amazon, grab a book on it.
Then, you can start exploring on the technical details.
web3.js, solidity, and so on.

I recommend https://www.udemy.com/ethereum-and-solidity-the-complete-developers-guide

A comprehensive guide to blockchain, ethereum, solidity, dapps ... It has both simple and complicated examples that can use in real apps.

In order to develop DAPPS, you need to first know about smart contract.
https://cryptozombies.io is a great place to start with for beginners.
I myself as a beginner, just finished all the courses on it, really friendly and fun for me!

I would also recommend Cryptozombies as a great intro.
Take a look at web3py for deploying smart contracts and interacting with the Ethereum blockchain in general.

The Orielly Mastering Ethereum book is in progress and you can read the source text on Github. The DApp chapter is still sparse but at least gives you an idea of what the main points are in case you are flustered with information overload. This is a good place to get infomation about the toolset and concepts.

https://github.com/ethereumbook/ethereumbook/blob/develop/smart-contracts.asciidoc

To get your hands dirty I recommend trying the tutorials from truffle.

Along with the suggestions to complete cryptozombies.io tutorials, I'd also suggest taking a look at www.freecodecamp.org for a good starting point for general web-based coding (Javascript etc...).

Also once you ready to release your dApp to the public, make sure to optimize it for mobile, you can test it via Trust Wallet. Feel free to reach out to me to get exposure on our dApp Marketplace.

I think you should try to read solidity documentation (http://solidity.readthedocs.io), learn all about Truffle (http://truffleframework.com/), buy a course like: https://www.udemy.com/ethereum-developer, play cryptozombies.io, study web3.js and JavaScript.
