So after losing my DelegateCall tokens and issuing a warning to the community i got in contact with Co-Founder Luke Zhang and told him of my troubles. Appareantly my two cases were the only two out of five. The other three were playtesters. Which means this was pretty isolated.
Anyway, i got a full refund pluss some compensation, which was very nice of you! So i just wanted to publicly thank the Loom team and mention that the way this was dealt with in my case was very proffesional.
