When Solidity 0.5.0 will be released? And how will it impact existing contract that didn't freeze their version

As Solidity 0.5.0 seems to be announced for soon I was wondering how it would impact my contract written in 0.4.24 that I have declared with pragma solidity 0.4.24

It won't affect them at all, since the Solidity versions are just the instructions for the compiler on how to compile down to EVM bytecode from Solidity.

A lot of changes are coming, including breaking changes. See the changelog: https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/blob/develop/Changelog.md

Yes, but you can still compile using old compiler versions.

You don't have to worry. As kaijchang2 mentioned, only the bytecode is deployed to the network. There are no changes in the bytecode.
