Who is running the dpos nodes for this Dapp Chain?

I assume this is very centralized- but is there any incentive to run a node?

Each DappChain is run by developers, in this case the developers are Loom.

What incentive do they have to run the nodes?

Specific details of the DPoS chain haven't been released yet as far as I can tell, so it is unclear whether a regular person would have incentive to run a node.

Developers of delegatecall.com are incentivized to run nodes in the same way that developers of a centralized app are incentivized to run a server; to benefit in some way from the application. In this case the developers benefit because DelegateCall is a good showcase of Loom's technology.

Developers also presumably hold large amounts of Delegate Coin. As the platform gets more popular the coin's value may increase, although (beyond speculation) the economic pressures aren't obvious to me.
